Initial consultation involves a site visit and review of the project’s objectives. At that time, we get a better sense of the client's style from the rest of their home and surroundings. We also encourage clients to gather as much physical evidence of their goal as possible; including tear sheets, fabrics, or perhaps a visit to a wall they especially admire...there is no charge for initial consultation.
After our site visit, we will work up a first set of samples at a set fee. Murorosso does not write a proposal until a sample is approved, this ensures the time estimated is directly related to how many layers the job requires. In some situations, a final sample is produced directly on the wall to account for existing lighting conditions.
We will present you with a timeline for the job, all aspects of which, will be supervised directly by Kimberly Kae, who will be accessible at all times should you have any questions or concerns. We carefully protect the jobsite and any areas leading to it, as well as clean the area at the end of each workday. At the end of each job, we will do a careful walk through, making any necessary adjustments. |
